We
work in pairs: one teacher and one student of pedagogy.
While looking sources through we are working independently; rest of the activities: generating ideas, coming to arrangements and the accomplishment is cooperative, we can meet in pairs personally, or use ICT tools (shared disk, forum and the like) to comunicate.

The most important thing is an idea of WebQuest. We can agree everything on and write the idea down (on a piece of paper and/or in a text file).
For WebQuest publishing we will use the blogger.com application.

At first we should try to judge, what kind of, dangers comes from new technologies and which are the most threatening for our students. Our priority is to counteract the danger and we devote our WebQuest to it.
Analyse the first presentation, in which the author classified computer threats. When she was preparing the presentation,
a majority of phenomena, we know today didn't exist (e.g. cyberviolence), but it is also possible to add them to the category
of social threats.
Get to know other projects about children computer safety which are aim to, teachers and parents of the youngest children, particularly:
necio.pl, sieciaki.pl and Plik and Folder's adventures online.
Read this
educational materials and this
examples.
Think, what we would like to warn our pupils against (not discouraging them from the learning using computers).
Formulate the aims of the work which we are going to present to students. Translate this aims by writing the task for pupils from it. In order to reach the target established by us children can play, watch, listen to what we indicate them. In the end of their actions they could prepare some comics books, pictures (photos), shows (films) - everything what they can prepare with joy. Of course we must emphasize that every work their decide to make will be presented in front of the class, on the forum of the school, in front of the parents, in different forms: poster, newspaper, issues attached to the school site, the presentation in front of friends , etc.
Discuss, how children are going to work, when, how much time they need. Will they be working in groups? Will the task be performed independently?

Think, what we care about most and how we are going to formulate criteria of assessment. Ensure the opportunity that every child/ group could achieve success (we aren't fans of the curve of Gauss and everyone can be the best :))
Announce that other people will watch the studend's work. Notice every agreements we make.
Now we can start organising our WebQuest in Blogger. We've already known this environment (we were creating e-portfolia using Blogger). If we want our WebQest looks like a website, rather than the blog, It must have one post (as the main page), and next WebQuest elements should be created as sites having the theme name as the WebQuest structure elements, i.e. the Admission/Introduction, Task, Process, Sources (individually given or in the Process), Criteria of assessment, End/Summary..
Remove all elements of a blog which are reducing the legibility of our side (e.g. comments).
Abide by the copyright. Look for graphics on the Internet under licences associated with CC e.g. in
the FLICKRCC portal. Let us write, what licence we will grant our WebQuest.
Good luck!
